Support

An engineer on your site, working on your live system.

When a problem needs hands on the hardware, we send a Niagara-certified engineer to your building to diagnose, configure and fix it alongside your team.

About this service

On-site support

Some faults cannot be solved from a desk. Network segments that refuse to talk, controllers that need re-commissioning, a plant room where the drawings no longer match what is installed: these need someone standing in front of the panel. Our on-site support engineers have spent years in exactly those rooms, on Niagara, Tridium, Satchwell, Trend and third-party BMS installations.

We work to a clear brief agreed before we arrive, so the day is spent fixing rather than discovering, and we leave you with a written summary of what was found, what was changed and what we recommend next.

What's included

  • Fault-finding on live Niagara stations, JACE and Edge controllers, and field networks (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, MQTT).
  • Configuration, upgrades and re-commissioning of controllers, drivers and control strategy on site.
  • Network and integration troubleshooting across BMS, IT and IoT boundaries.
  • Assistance with commissioning, witness testing and handover on new projects.
  • A written site report covering findings, changes made and recommended follow-up.

When to call us

  • A site is down or misbehaving and remote access is not available or has not solved it.
  • You are short of a Niagara-certified engineer for a commissioning deadline.
  • An older installation needs a health check, upgrade or migration planned and carried out.
  • A third-party integration is failing on site and the vendors are pointing at each other.
