EU representative (Article 27 GDPR)

What we collect

  • Identity and contact details (name, email, telephone, organisation, delivery addresses).
  • Order, billing, and payment data (items, amounts, PO references, payment status, but not full card numbers).
  • Account credentials and support communications.
  • Technical usage data (IP address, browser, device, page views); analytics cookies only after consent.

Lawful bases

  • Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)): orders and account services.
  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): security, fraud prevention, website improvement.
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): optional analytics and marketing cookies.
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): tax, accounting and regulatory requirements.

Retention

  • Order and invoice records: up to 7 years (statutory retention).
  • Account data: while the account is active, then per deletion policy.
  • Support enquiries: typically up to 3 years.
  • Analytics cookies: per Cookie Policy and your consent choice.

Sharing with processors

We share data only with trusted processors required for payment handling (e.g. Stripe), couriers, email delivery, hosting, and IT security. Data processing agreements are used where required.

Analytics cookies (only after your consent — see Cookie Policy) are processed by the following processors:
