Refund & Returns Policy

This policy applies to goods and licences ordered directly through the Tyrrell Products website. Project-based or bespoke configured deliveries may be subject to separate contractual terms.

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period starts when you receive the goods, or for digital content when the contract is concluded where permitted by law.

• We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receipt of your cancellation notice.
• You bear the direct cost of returning goods unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
• You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

The right of withdrawal may not apply to: custom-made or configured products; sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or integrity reasons once opened; digital content where performance began with your express consent before the cancellation period ended.

Business (B2B) customers are generally bound by agreed delivery and payment terms. Returns require our prior written approval and may be subject to handling charges.

For damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied items, contact us promptly at [email protected]. We will arrange replacement, repair, or refund in line with statutory warranty rights.
