Delivery Policy

We deliver to the United Kingdom, European Union, and selected international destinations where available at checkout. Available zones and rates are shown before you complete your order.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 working days when items are in stock. Custom, made-to-order, or specialist stock items may require longer lead times; the expected dispatch date is shown on the product page or order confirmation.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected service level. Minimum order values or free-delivery promotions, when available, are displayed before checkout.

We use established courier and freight partners. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where supported by the carrier.

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Unless explicitly included at checkout, these charges are the recipient's responsibility.
