CrossTalk 3.1 is a web-based, multi-vendor fire alarm reporting system built on Niagara 4, with a dedicated alarm reporting and management client. Users, engineers, and managers can monitor and control every fire alarm system in a building or campus, while keeping the platform open for BMS, security, and more.
CrossTalk started out as a PC-based system and has run on sites large and small for twenty years. The Niagara build keeps the dedicated reporting and alarm-management strengths of that original (a custom browser and alarm UI for Windows and Linux) and adds an isolation manager, active device viewer, and more.

CrossTalk 3.1 supports panels from Advanced, Gent, Kentec, Kidde, Morley, Notifier, Protec, Rafiki, Ziton, and Vesda. BACnet, Modbus, and M-Bus come included as open-standard drivers, and over 120 proprietary drivers plus database connectivity (Oracle, SQL, CSV) are available as your estate grows.
CCTV integration
As your system grows, CrossTalk 3.1 can bring CCTV monitoring onto the same platform. You can also set cameras to run only when an alarm triggers, so operators get instant vision of the zone and can tell a real fire from a cooking false alarm in seconds.
Leak detection and alerting
