The Satrofit Tool Connector Lead integrates directly with Satchwell BAS 2000, 2800, and Sigma rack-type control enclosures, specifically the UNC 96 controllers. This tool enables control of both analogue and digital outputs via a web-based master controller using a Modbus RS 485 network.
With 16 outputs, the Satrofit Connector Lead supports voltage outputs from 0 to 10V or latching relay digital outputs. Four outputs allow for current control between 0 and 20mA, with outputs 1 to 16 numbered accordingly and outputs 13 to 16 designated for current control. This setup meets various control needs in building management systems.
Communication is established over a two-wire RS-485 network, formatted in 8-bit RTU. Configuration options, such as address and baud rates, are set via DIP switches. For commissioning without a master controller or Modbus network, a software setup tool is accessible through a supervisor port.
This connector lead simplifies the integration of older control systems with modern technologies. Its design and functionality make it a key component for specifiers and integrators aiming to upgrade their control systems.
