The ISMA-B-MIX38 is a multiprotocol I/O module with 38 inputs and outputs, tailored for distributed monitoring and control. It includes 12 digital inputs, 8 universal inputs, 6 analog outputs, and 12 digital outputs, providing a cost-effective choice for new installations and retrofitting existing systems. This module supports open protocols such as BACnet MS/TP and Modbus RTU/ASCII, making it adaptable for various applications.
Configuration and commissioning of the ISMA-B-MIX38 are straightforward. Users can set it up using BACnet, Modbus, or a dedicated free tool. Power can be supplied via USB, which facilitates local testing and updates. The advanced RS485 transceiver allows reliable communication with up to 128 devices on a single bus.
The universal inputs accommodate over 20 types of temperature sensors, along with voltage, resistance, and current measurements. The digital inputs feature a fast pulse counter with a capability of 100 Hz. Digital outputs use normally open 3 A relays for direct control, while the analog outputs deliver 0-10 V DC control with a maximum load of 20 mA, suitable for various external devices.
Built for durability, the ISMA-B-MIX38 meets strict quality standards and holds certification from Underwriters Laboratories (UL). Its compact design enables DIN rail mounting, allowing for easy integration into existing control panels. With an operating temperature range of -10°C to 50°C and an ingress protection rating of IP40, this module performs reliably in demanding environments.
