The Tridium JACE 9000 is an IoT controller that integrates various devices and subsystems. It is compatible with Niagara version 4.13 and above, offering improved capabilities over the JACE 8000 platform. This compact controller includes internet connectivity and web serving, enabling control, supervision, data logging, alarming, scheduling, and network management. Data and graphical displays can be accessed via Ethernet or wireless LAN, with support for remote internet access.

The JACE 9000 has two Ethernet ports and two RS485 ports, operating on a 24V AC/DC power supply. Licensing starts at 100 data points, with scalable options available up to over 10,000 data points. It supports global capacity licensing, allowing for upgrades as system needs change. Users can choose from capacities including 100, 250, 500, 1250, 2500, 5000, and 10,000+ data points.

Its modular design allows for the addition of up to four option modules, expanding communication capabilities to include LonWorks, RS232, and RS485 networks. Installation is straightforward, with the controller and option modules designed for mounting on a 35mm DIN rail. The JACE 9000 also offers customer branding options, with a variety of colours, materials, and finishes for OEM identification.

Security features include encrypted communications that meet FIPS 140-2 standards and the option for role-based access control. With its flexible connectivity profiles and user-friendly interface, the Tridium JACE 9000 serves as an effective solution for building automation and management.
