The ISMA FCU-LL (BACnet MSTP / Modbus RS485) is a controller tailored for fan coil units, pre-loaded to support 256 types of units. It features dedicated DIP switches for parameter adjustments, which simplifies the commissioning process. The built-in application automatically binds master and slave controllers within BACnet networks.

This controller functions with Modbus RTU/ASCII and BACnet MS/TP protocols, making it suitable for diverse control applications. It includes 18 onboard I/Os, catering to various comfort management needs. With four special inputs, users can monitor popular temperature sensors and measure voltage, resistance, current, and dry contacts. The fast pulse counter records up to 100 pulses per second directly to EEPROM memory.

The FCU-LL comes with four digital inputs for monitoring and five digital outputs for fan control, electric heaters, and valve actuators. Three 0-10 V DC analog outputs are available for heating, cooling, and fan speed control. Two triac outputs operate heating and cooling valve actuators with a 24 V AC power supply.

Integration is simple with two RS485 interfaces, supporting up to 128 devices on a single bus. The ISMA FCU-LL controller fits both small and large HVAC systems, ensuring compatibility with various installations. Configuration is straightforward, aided by a free programming tool and a Quick Start-up manual for setup.
