Live, instructor-led online Tridium Niagara 4 training that helps our customers work more efficiently and deliver projects faster. We were the first training centre to offer a remote version of the full 5-day TCP course, with the exam on the Friday, so you can do the whole thing from home.
Next intake starts in
The Tyrrell Products Niagara 4 TCP course is a 5-day programme led by our own Tridium-certified trainers. It runs remotely in a virtual classroom for up to six students and combines hands-on lab exercises with a final exam. Successful candidates are certified through Tridium University.
We provide the equipment; you only need a stable internet connection and a browser. Each participant connects to a dedicated training PC running Tridium Workbench, linked to a demonstration JACE, and the instruction is delivered over Zoom.

Rob leads Tyrrell Products' Niagara 4 Technical Certification Programme. Each course runs live online, with hands-on lab support and feedback throughout the week.
With more than twenty years in integration and controls, he explains complex Niagara topics through practical examples, so engineers, integrators and BMS professionals leave the course confident.

Course schedule
A full week of instructor-led sessions, hands-on labs and a final TCP exam, all delivered remotely.
In the week before the course starts, we send you the login details for the remote training environment. You will also need to register an account on Tridium University, which gives you free training resources and the pre-course notes.

Certification exam
Trainees who pass the Tridium Niagara 4 certification can take up one of our specialised technical support packages. Organisations partnered with Tyrrell Products are included in our Tridium Niagara Support Package automatically. Contact us for the details.
